Liability and Safety Notice

When using outdoor game modes, users must remain aware of their surroundings and avoid dangerous or prohibited areas. Evermount Games is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during gameplay, including when searching for physical milestones. Users participate at their own risk and agree to comply with all local laws and safety guidelines.

Children’s Privacy

Godspeed is intended for users aged 4 and above. While the game is designed for a general audience, reading and writing skills are necessary to use core features like trivia challenges, creating or interpreting hints, and recording or watching milestone videos in treasure hunts. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 4. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 4 without verified parental consent, we will promptly delete such data.
